1. How long is delivery?
Delivery to the USA takes 7–15 business days. All orders are fully tracked.

2. When will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days.

3. How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number by email once the order is shipped. You can also 
check your order status through our “Track Order” page.

4. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled within the first 6 hours of purchase. After that, the order 
may already be shipped.

5. Do you offer returns?
Yes, we offer 7-day returns. Items must be unused and in original condition.

6. What if I receive a damaged item?
Send us photos at myzymiro@gmail.com within 48 hours and we will resolve it immediately.

7. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We ship to most countries including USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Europe.

8. Are there additional customs charges?
Some countries may apply customs fees. This is outside our control.
